Some form of Chicken Systems Translator might work. However, why not just
use a hardware connection to a mixer and continue to use yourKurzweil?

I have Kurzweil sounds.
Is it possible to import those sounds in a sampler which is compatible
with sonar.
What's the best way to do it if it's possible and what's the best
