Hi Sharon.

Are you following this procedure?

1. Set the from and through times for what you want to export with f9 and f10.

2. press f7 to go to the start of point.

3. press control enter to select the track you're on for the from/through
times.

4. press Alt f, then e for the export function.

5. press enter as Audio is the correct selection.

You should now be in a regular Save As dialog.

6. Give your wave file a name, don't forget to delete the "Star" sign at the
front of the file name, you'll see it just before the .wav.

7. Tab forward once to choose the file type. If I'm saving as wave I always
select Microsoft wave.

8. The default settings should be good, so you can tab to Export and press
enter.

9. You'll get another dialog appear that says something like "Secondary
encoding" or similar, you can just click "OK" to continue.

And that should do it.

I'm sorry if you've already gone through all of this, I'm not currently Skipe
enabled.

Cheers
Darren

  Hi all!

Is anyone here on Skype or other free chat? I'm still having a hard time
with creating a wave file from an audio track, and would like to talk with
someone, to make the learning process faster. If any of you are available,
please write me off list at:

  shooley2@xxxxx

  thanks much!

  Sharon.
