Hey Kevin, Did that, and windows along with Sonar sees the device. I had support on the phone around the time you sent that email. Its within their program, and clockworks doesn't see the Midi express tc unit. I got it up and running, but don't know if I can check the presets from the face plate. It works just as well with Sonar, but I might have too many USB devices plugged in. I ended replacing my last patch bay because it malfunctioned after a year and a half, and I couldn't find any updated drivers for it This patch bay is lest then 2 years old, and I was hoping that someone on this list had some work with this item. There are 8 presets, and 8 user defined presets, but the one I have is stuck on out put 1, midi channel 1, and within the program there is a clocks work panel that says that the device is not turned on.
