Hi Dave I used my real drum set it is a peral export and I have the sanhyzer
e604 drum mikes as well as the e602 bass drum mike. I used an sm57 on the
hi-hat and 2 barenger mikes for the cimbles. I tracked the drums on all 8
channels of the 1620i. I used the guitar rig 3 le plugin and I made 2 custom
presets. I ran my bass straight in the board and I threw the sonetis eq bass
boost preset to give it some extra low end. It was 11 tracks total. As for
the drums I put the pc64 on all the tracks with different presets for each
track and I put the sonetis eq on each one and set them differently for each
one. So that was how I got a good mix.

Pretty Jammin. Congrats for your first project. Could hear everything and
quite a spirited performance. What did you use for drums? I enjoyed it though
don't listen to speed metal too much. Did you mic amp or direct from an effects
unit. Thanks, Dave
