Hey Djx
I am actually a little confused on the different series.
I currently own the S61 and really like it, but mine has one key that has lost
some sensitivity.
I wasn't interested in the A Series because from what i could see it didn't
seem like it had the same access as the S series, plus a less solid build and
no weight on the keys. This did seem like an afordible option for my client
however since it's I think about $400 cheaper.
When I checked at Sweetwater to replace my S61, I noticed that they are only
selling A Series and Mk2 series now.
I'm not totally sure what the differences between s series and mk2 are.
Thanks

Hi Ron, do you know what the differences are between these?

Hey Phil
Thanks a lot for confirming that.
This seems to be a decent budget solution to the mk series.

Hey Mike
Great to hear from you as well.
Thanks much for that.
I'm now using Reaper with windows 10, and so is this particular client.
I guess now I'm wondering if there's only Mak Support for that Keyboard.
I'll try to check the users guide.

Good morning Ron so great to hear from you.
Indeed the A series does have the accessibility feature, I just can’t remember
the button layout as it was about 6 months ago where I went to a clients home
to set one up.
You can successfully browse through the instruments like you would yours just
like mentioned can’t remember the layout of the buttons.
The keyboard was accessible however I can’t comment if one is using Sampletude,
or Sonar since I haven’t tested it on those softwares since the client had
Logic Pro, and Protools.
So yes on the Mac side the keyboard is okay.
Hope this helps.
best

Hey Guys
Just wondering if anyone knows if the NI Komplete A series keyboards have the
accessaibility feature.
I wanted to recommend this to a client as a budget option to the Mk series
which I'm familiar with, but after a google search, it still wasn't clear to
me if this is in the works or is actually happening now.
Thanks
Ron
