Thanks Chris. I'll probably end up creating my own presets with Doubler and
saving them in Sonar. I wasn't aware that the plug itself had its own window
for that. I assume you can't get at them with the JAWS cursor? That's not
crucial for me at this point, only that I can use the plug.

I don't know about Waves Tune. If you need pitch correction, Autotune, and
Melodyne Assistant stand alone are accessible, the latter with hotspot
clicker sets from:

Waves Doubler is accessible in the inspector. For what it is capable of
doing, you might want someone sighted to click on the preset load button
in the actual plug-in Window so you can audition some of the presets.
