Kevin Reeves has one. He uses it as a MIDI controller and portable audio interface, and not so much as a synthesizer. As I understand it, the synthesizer part is just a single voice analog synth. Apparently it is both a keyboard synthesizer and midi controller in one. I believe that it has dedicated knobs for built in effects, menaing that the effects would be ready to go with a touch of the knob and not reliant on drop down menus or follwoing a screen layout. Plus, it has 2 XLR mic inputs and can be battery or USB powered. I love tweaking sounds, effects and knobs in real time. A friend suggested I look into the Novation X-Station so what do you think? Thanks, Stacy.
