OK, guys, let's let this one die on the vine, shall we?

Joey summed it up well. He did write "O.T" in his subject line. He did
send his message in the spirit of helping which is generally what this list
(and all good lists) are about. I can certainly confirm that Mr. Stuckey is
way too busy making music to be in the cell phone business!

That being said, I think we should all (myself included) consider carefully
before posting anything off-topic as doing so does sometimes tend to spawn
other messages that do clutter up the list. We all value this list and the
extremely high quality Q&A it provides combined with people who are
genuinely trying to help each other and help themselves.

OK, this'll be my last O.T. post regarding the aforementioned O.T. post!

Bill, who's back on-topic!

I have seen many topics on this list that were off topic!

The rule I thought was to put that the topic was off topic and so if you
didn't want to read it you didn't have to.

Just the other week there was a post that talked about a new email service
that was blind friendly that some one posted to the list.

I personally appreciated that info.

In the vain of trying to help I posted something that was off Topic.

Most of the list has appreciated the info.

Some haven't.

I said in my email that I wouldn't post things that were off topic any more,

but, since I was only trying to help I didn't feel that my integrity should
be put in to question!

I am dropping this topic and will not discuss this any more.

I said that I meant know harm and didn't think I was doing anything wrong.

Frankly, it baffles me as to why people have gotten mad about this, when as
I said, this is not the first off topic posted to this list, but, don't
worry, I shan't be posting anything off topic again.

Again I consider this matter closed and won't respond to any more emails
about it.

Joey
