Just caught this bit of information from NERCVE:
"Some people with visual impairments may be able to obtain a refurbished
computer for $100 through the Texas Center for the Visually Impaired. These are
computers running Windows XP, and come with a 7-cassette tutorial and demo
copies of Window-Eyes screen reader and ZoomText magnification software."
