[ddots-l] Ordering Directixer

Hi,
I just placed an order for Directixer after having used the demo.
Regsoft, after maybe about an hour, still says the order is being processed,
meaning it's been sent to the credit card company for approval. Why is this
taking so long? Has anybody else had similar experiences?
