I had trouble with Firefox with the buttons and description not
updating correctly. Internet Explorer worked ok though.
The button to test playback volume is about halfway down the flash
portion of the page, the button to start taking the test is at the
bottom.
Once the test begins, all you have to do is hit enter on either the
same, or different. The text "same" and "different" is immediately
followed by two buttons that aren't labeled, but that are in the
same order as the text. That is, same is first, followed by
different on the next line down.
