You might want to look at the Ozone mastering plug in from Izotope.  I 
understand that they are currently working on an accessible version of their 
product.  Don't know when that will be available but if you purchase their 
product now, you could easily upgrade to the accessible version once it is 
ready.

first of all, I know some plug ins for mastering.
if you like the sonitus multiband compressor which comes with sonar, it's a 
great tool for mastering, and if you're using CakeTalking, then it's really 
accessible.
there are some others which is coming with sonar, and one of them is tube 
leveler, which simulates the sound of a tube amplifire or mixer, which makes 
the sound warm.
Well, you may go through some of those plugs which is coming with those latest 
updates in sonar or versions of sonar.
