[ddots-l] Problem with focussing on Audio Snap window

Hey all you wizards out there, I have a quick and hopefully simple problem for
you. I am selecting a clip of audio and pressing shift+A to open the audio
snap dialogue. It opens, but any time I press any button, Jaws says that it
has lost focus and I have to press F6 to bring the focus back. I do that, but
still, every time I press tab or anything, it loses focus once more.
I've double checked my windows settings, and all is well. This is on a
laptop, if that makes any difference. Any thoughts? Thanks.
