Another thing you could do is apply a high pass filter on the track. You will
need to make sure that you have the right frequency right. Once you find The
right frequency, adjust the queue. If you play around with this enough you will
find that you will eliminate the plosive all together. This method I have found
is very effective.
You may need to start with about 150 H Z. I hope this helps.

there are a number of ways to go with this.
My best results nearly always come with manual fixing.
Takes more time and makes many of us wince at the tedium of it. But,
you'll feel good about it at the end.
First, copy one of your problem tracks (or all of them) to new safety
tracks and mute them.
2. move to the first plosive of the original and solo the tracks(s).
Select only the 'p'.
3. drop the volume of the selected with the destructive effects (alt+p
and then to the gain plug-in.). This may solve it or at least make it
manageable.
4 If not, patch in desctructive eq and move to band 1. Move the
frequency to around 160 to 220 hz and lower that volume til the
plosive is gone.
You may need to adjust the frequency a bit to nail it.
alternatively,
You can try the vintage compressor by adding it to the effects column.
There's a good adjustment section for eq etc. the difference of course
is that you will effect the whole track not just the plosive, so be
very careful the track doesn't sound thin or shrill.

/I have recently recorded a group of 8 singers with dinamic microphones.
I put pop filter in front of evry mic, but on a same stand, so recording
is not clean of loud plausibles(p and b). I know that it is possible to
solve that problem with e q, but i don't know how to do that, so if
someone can help it would be great. I also know that there are some
plugins that can do that, but I don't know which of them is good enough,
or which is accessible for us. I am using Sonar 8.5.3 with Caketalking
8.8 with Jaws 11 on Windows 7 64 bit machine. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
