Hello,

One of my custummers has problems with CT, a sound card from Terratech and
Jaws 6.20...

Follows a descrition by the custummer...

This is a short report of some anomalies found in the use of Jaws 6.20
together with CakeTalking for Sonar 4, which I have recently purchased from
your vendor in Portugal, Mr Rui Fontes.

I am currently using my Sonar, version 4.0.3, on a Pentium IV, 2.40 Ghz, RAM
768, Windows Xp Home edition version 2002 + Service Pack 2.

My audio interface is a Terratec Dmx6 fire and my midi controller is a
Roland PC-180A.

After many disappointing attempts to use Sonar together with Caketalking and
Jaws 6.20, as no sound could be heard, I saw that by closing Jaws I manage
to run Sonar 4 plus CakeTalking and listen to the sounds played on the midi
controller. Only after that can I run Jaws. However it is always very
unsteady and often makes the computer block and come to a dead end
standstill. This is absolutely frustrating even as a patience exercise.

Regards,

Rui Fontes
