The video features don't really need to be "accessible," SINCE YOU CAN'T
EDIT VIDEO in Sonar. all you need to do is watch the video so that you
know your music is in sync to it. However, when you export your
project, you don't export it with the video. it will be up to the
client to lay the music back on their original video. The video is just
a reference while you're working. Chances are, you won't even need it
much unless your sighted assistant wants to be able to watch it as the
music goes along.
Anyone else, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this. I've
never done a video project before but have read a little about it.

Subject: [ddots-l] Question about Video production

Hi all,
I got a business proposal from a TV channel to write music for 12
episodes of documentary on a historical subject.
Before I start thinking to accept it, I just want to figure out how much
access we have to the video futures of Sonar with Cake Talking.
Even though I will be working with a sited person, I like to have
freedom as much as possible. I would be more then happy to hear any
thoughts, ideas,
opinions and directions. Is there anything in Cake Talking's tutorials
on video production that I might be missing?
Caglar
