Start with blank project and import all at once. Each file will have its
own track. If the person bringing the tracks put timestamps or 2pops on
them, you should line up.

Subject: [ddots-l] Question on importing wav files

Hi:
A friend is bringing a CD with a couple of projects. I have not seen the CD
yet but I understand each project has about 20 tracks which have been
converted to wav files. I would like to open those projects in Sonar.
My question is:
In order to import the whole project, should I start with a blank template
and import all files at once? Will each wav file be imported into its own
audio track in Sonar? Do I need to do it one by one?
Or, in order to import the project, I need to insert an audio track first
and then import the first wav file? Do I need to repeat this procedure for
all files?

Thanks for any advise you can provide.
