If you haven't closed the project, use (control plus Z) to undo your mistake.
Other wise, try looking under (edit, history) and then pick a point you want to
return to in your recording process before the removal of the effect.

Hi guys. I was too fast on the keyboard last night while trying the Cakewalk
fxflanger effect on a short part of an audiotrack. The flanger effect required
a stereotrack and I had a mono track, and it asked me if I would like to remove
the effect from the menu. And by misstake i pressed yes. And now its gone from
the menus. Do I have to reinstall it from the cd or can I rescan it/take it
back in some way?
