Cheers

    Hi All,

On Saturday Night, I performed the first track that I've recorded with
Sonar.

I used mostly Samples from Dimension Pro.
They proved to be Rich clear quality sounds.
The bass Guitar which was the full Fingered Sample sounded brilliant live,
as did the Tenor and Auto Sax.

I'm really pleased that Dancing Dots chose to write script files to allow
access the Dimension Pro Software.

I don't believe that Dancing Dots have Scripted Sonivoxmi yet, and I can
understand why.
The Strat Guitar sample from Sonivoxmi was awful!
It lacked energy and was weaker than a Londoner's Cup of Tea.

There was one problem with the track which was purely my fault! The bass
drum thanks to my over zealous compression sounded like an Atomic Bomb rather
than a drum. When the track started, the first few rows were shot to the back
of the room!
In fact, one guy was shot so far, He had to pay to get back in.

You can imagine a bass bigger than a bomb and a toy guitar, the Bass drum
and Guitar really do need looking at closely and very carefully.

Luckily I did decide to try my new track out near the end of my Show so,
I'm hoping most the People at this Party were too intoxicated to notice.
