Guys:
They have been aware of the problem since beatscape was first being tested. Unfortunately, the ui for beatscape was developed by an outside source, even though Rene built the actual program. If he had done the whole thing, it would have followed the same conventions as dimensionand rapture as far as the browser is concerned. Why so many programmers feel compeled to use bitmaps is a mystery to me, especially in a professional working environment. Sure, if you're building a game or something to make slick power point presentations at a corporate board meeting it may have its purpose, but we're talking about making music here, not pretty pictures on the screen.
