I just tried reading the same dialogue and had to shut Sibelius down with
the windows task manager. Suffice it to say that any unsaved data would
have been lost, fortunately I was prepared.
This was with Jaws 5.1 so it looks like a generic bug.
I discovered something weird. I'm running JFW 7, Sib Speaking 3, and Sibelius 3.11. When I go into Help > About I get the software version and my name and serial number, but then I get the words "build date" and nothing else. No way to close the window, and no other information if it is there. Am i imagining things that there should be more info spoken, possibly a registration number along with the serial number?** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:-
