Hi,
The oficial DancingDots recommendations regarding the Patches are
for some time. and stil is:
" That is, run the 8.5.2 and 8.5.3 patches. I believe that the 8.5.1 Matrix
View patch is included in the 8.5.2 patch so that there is no need to run it.
All of the other patches listed are not necessary for CakeTalking users as
far as they know."

It's important to understand better this Patch update topic agreed?
I just visit the www.cakewalk.com Sonar 8.5 support website.
Regarding updates, i finded the folowing:
SONAR 8.5.3 AudioSnap Update
SONAR 8.5.2 Update
V-Studio 100 Control Surface Installer (x64 and x86)
SONAR Web Trial
SONAR Producer 8.5.1 Matrix View Update
EUCON Control Surface Plug-in
For me it seems that this patches are obviously updated, since
2 years ago only appeared something like; 8.5.2 and 8.5.3 patches.
Now! my curiosity goes for the
SONAR Producer 8.5.1 Matrix View Update
Never saw this one! I supposed that i dont need this patch since i work very
well with Matrix view feature.
The other patches name are diferent though!
Anyway, Cake talking setup instaled perfectly with those 8.5.2 and 8.5.3
patches.
Once again, with me was two years ago.
I will gonna write un e-mail to dancingdots support just to know their
recommendations..
