have you checked for viruses or spyware lately?

How powerful is this laptop and how many other applications are you running at the same time as trying to launch Sonar?

Hi...
I'm having a strange problem with Sonar.
When i try opening Sonar and opening a project, after a few seconds, most of the time, Sonar will either freeze, or my laptop will studder, then restart itself. I do not know what is going on here.
Has anybody had that problem and what did you do to fix it?
Any ideas as to wy and how can I stop this?
