Upgrade to Windows 7 Professional. It's way less of a resource hog that
vista.

  Hey JulieM!

Most peeps have opted to use XP over Vista, despite Vista being the more
recent OS.
I think one of the main problems is that Vista is far more of a cpu hog
than XP!

    Hi,list.

When working with Caketalking and Sonar 8.5, I'm getting audio and midi
drop-outs. I've done everything I can to eliminate these. THey are present
in Windows Vista but not in XP. Any suggestions.

Thanks in advance for any help.
