Why not join Elf's list? They are a more broadly-based blind computing list. 
Open  one of his messages to the jfw list and you'll find the information in 
every one of his signature blocks.

Hi i'm sorry that this is totally off topic but i've tryed the jaws mailing 
list and they can't help me. On some web pages a sighted person can hold the 
curser over a link and then sub heading/links apear e.g. On a musical 
instrument site if you hold the curser on guitars, sub headings/links like 
acoustic, electric etc. Would open. How do you access these with jaws? I can 
tab to the main link but i can't get the sub links. Pls help. Nickus
