Hi, I just now read your post. I am not one of the guru's, so don't be
thinking I am. But as I was reading your post, I asked myself what I would do.
If Sonar is working properly and outputting audio the way it should and the
problem would then be "after" Sonar, then when the track is unarmed and played,
the output meter should indicate a db value for that track by pressing F2. If
a value is given, then it might not be Sonar. If there is no value, then it
may have recorded, but Sonar isn’t outputting the audio for some reason. In
either case, this might help you to know if the Sapphire might or might not be
the problem. I hope this helps.

Hello List,
I posted a few weeks ago about my non-functioning Pro 2/4.
I had to walk away from it and do other things but I thought I'd give it
another go.
I'm using Sonar 8.5 producer with windows 7 on a good machine.
All I'm doing with sonar is recording some of my favourite radio shows.
I'm streaming from a Novation card to my Pro 2/4.
Everything is connected correctly and all the cables are good.
Sonar records the stream as sonar reports that the track is recorded and armed.
I just can't get any audio to play.
I think I've chaecked all the correct boxes in Sonar.
Any thoughts.
