Good luck with that.If you're using Microsoft Security Esentials and that isn't catching whatever the malicious item is, try Malware Bytes. It's another freeware program and I've heard it often catches the few things MSSE doesn't pick up.
I don't know personally, as thankfully, I haven't caught anything yet on the Windows 7 machine. I do sometimes notice files like winmail.dat hanging around though, which I delete.
