Yup.  You may even want to alter that slightly further to say, 1 or, 2.
Depending on whether you feel that a slightly longer delay is necessary.

I may just do that.

In the mean time, I changed the custom click hover from 0 to 1 and now the
click occurs.

I assume that's the parameter you were referring to?
