Up to you. I would personally uninstall everything. That is, if I don't require Sonar 6.2 any more. If you need complete instructions on how to do a clean uninstall of Sonar then, you will find them on the Sonar FAQ on my website.

Well since everybody's talking about it anyway, hopefully I'll be upgrading my setup soon. I'm upgrading from 6.2 producer and CT 6.2 to 8 all round. Do I need to uninstall, or can I just install over top of each? I'm pretty sure all of my projects are in an external folder, and the vsts that aren't part of sonar are all in their own folders too. So anything in particular I need to back up/watch out for? Do I want to completely uninstall sonar and CT and install the new ones? Etc., all the usual stuff.
