Hi J:
yes you can by connecting your midi-in Triton to the midi-out of your
computer midi device, and your Triton midi-out to the midi-in of your
computer midi device.
in your Triton midi page choose local off.
from Sonar track properties choose the midi port of your midi device that is
connected to the Triton and change midi channels banks and patches as you
like.
but before that go to Sonar option menu click on instrument definition, go
to define, click on it then tab to import and load the Korg.inst, when it
open select with the space bar your Korg model Triton, click enter. tab to
close, hit enter. shift tab until you here the midi channels select all the
channels that you want to use with Triton.
tab once and select the Triton, hit enter. and you are Ok!
hooly dooly I took Geoff's Job!
hahahaha

WEll I got the audio down pat, but how can I use the triton sounds as midi sounds if you know what I mean. You know like I said, you can control the sounds of a softsynth with midi, but can you do the same with the sounds from the triton? If so, how?
