ok, after not finding the .png file in my browser cache, I sent a sighted friend to the page and she sent back 

support@xxxxxxxxxxx
where I have now sent my email.
Besides asking some things about their plug-in, I pointed out the Website problem and suggested they add a link to a simple contact form instead.
