Who knows. Most software vendors update software incrementally. Don't understand why Dancing Dots don't follow that model. It's a great way to work as it keeps paying customers engaged and importantly happy. Here's the latest from the DD site: http://www.dancingdots.com/support/supportcaketalking8.htm . CakeTalking 8 for SONAR 8 requires that you run SONAR 8. SONAR 8.0.2 is a no-cost update for registered SONAR 8 customers. Note well that CakeTalking for SONAR 8 is not yet compatible with the recent SONAR update 8.03. I know this much. If it doesn't come out soon then, they will probably have to give the next CT release away as a free upgrade to all Sonar 8.3.1 customers. I'm just wondering what's going on with ct? In some time the sonar 9 will be released, and no one is interested in update for sonar 8.3.1. I dont know what's going one in dancing dots, but nothing good for sure. Why anyone doesn't do something with it?
