[ddots-l] What's the best way to figure out what patches I have loaded?

Hello,
I'm going through my patches and I'm getting a lot of really funny sounds for
the names the patch has, so I'm wondering what's the best way to find if a
patch is loaded?
Also is there any fast way to switch between multi timbrel mode and combination
mode?
