Aah, CT doesn't think it's been authorised. Two options. 1: you could try copying that authorisation file from your: C:\Documents and Settings\User name\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\7.0\Settings\enu\PersonalizedSettings folder to the Jaws folder where CT actually is. For example: if your using CT under Jaws 7.1.500 and not under Jaws 7.0 then, the path will be: C:\Documents and Settings\User name\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\7.10\Settings\enu\PersonalizedSettings 2: you could uninstall CT then, reinstall CT into the correct version of Jaws where you wish to use CT. Note: if you do that then you will need to put your authorisation number into CT.
