Hi All, Please excuse the posting if already been covered. Am very new to using sonar and so far have done all mixing down with controls on the computer keyboard itself and needless to say is very difficult when wanting to do a smooth fade or do cool panning back and forth of a guitar etc. Saw the presonus faderport listed and sounds like it may do what I would need. Has anyone used it and if so, is it easily configurable to use with caketalking. Know almost nothing about using a control surface aside from knowing this has to be the next step and even if I can do one channel at a time, I'll be much further ahead than where I am right now and once I get the fades the way I want them I believe I could automate the process. If ever used or even familiar with this device, please let me know its ability to be user friendly and wonder if it sounds like it will do basic fades and panning. Any advice is appreciated. Its strengths are price and fact that it is extremely small. Thanks in advance, Davebut haven't seen it in there.
