[ddots-l] backing up sonar projects

Hello,
I save each of my sonar projects in its own folder, with an audio folder in
there as well, so that all the audio tracks go to the audio folder within the
project folder. However, it seems like when i modify the file and add new audio
material, the new stuff isn't getting saved into the audio folder of that
project when i do a control s for save. Any thoughts?
