[ddots-l] bpm counting utility?

Does anyone know of a decent beats per minute counting program or plug in?
I'm looking for an accessible bpm counter. I'm hoping there is something
out there that can automatically count bpm's of any wav or mp3.
I don't mind if it is necessary to use the JAWS cursor to get to the
informaition.
Any ideas are appreciated.
