For professional cd's, I use CD architect. Even for quick scraps I'm so use to
it that I just drop it in CD architect.
It's bundled with sound forge or can be purchased separately. It has all the
tools for making masters, even makes an image that you can make copies from
instead of writing out the tracks each time; reduces the possibilities for
errors when making multiple copies.
