[ddots-l] changing cc

hi all. i'm starting to work with cc because i have vir2 electri6ity. I've
already created a few hotspots for the kontakt player and they work great.
Now i read in the manual that you can change parameters via cc. Can someone
please explain cc to me and how to change it in sonar?
