[ddots-l] copy and paste volume

hello,
I have a question regardingthe copy and paste. well I have attempted the
action and got it right, but I realized when I went to playback the copy, the
other copyed material soungs less in volume. what I mean is that the original
recording will play in original volume and then the rest will play with an
diminished volume. is there a setting to choose, where the entire clip plus the
copyed material will all have the same volume? well thanks guys.
