If it's a fade that your trying to draw then, do it on your FW-1884. If it's an exact volume jum then, go to the volume column, alter the vvolume level then, press the applications key when focused over the volume control and press the letter S to record a snapshot.

Sighted folks get to draw nice little lovely automation envelopes. We have to do it by hand. If I create some automation that I like and want to repeat, what would be the easiest way to do this in Sonar 8? Logically, I thought to myself,1. set from and through2. in the copy dialog box make sure that events is unchecked since you don't want to copy events. Make sure that track/buss automation is checked because this is exactly what you do want to copy.That is my thinking anyway. Now I paste what I just copied and... nothing.
