hi there. no you should not have to change your visual configurations for a  
sighted engineer.
 
basically it helps to cut down on the visual resources on your PC when  
recording audio anyway as the CPU is not taking on many hard graphical  
renderings. 
thats a general rule as the CPU Clock works out its local timings  and 
anything further when recording digital work
 
when sharing the system with other technicians they can just go in. just  
assign a shortcut as normal for jaws to autostart (something like Ctrl Alt J as 
 
jaws to be intended and Ctrl Alt S for sonar)
 
that should be it.
 when you reload jaws it will reset the display anyway with f6  command.
