Yep, you'll probably need to go with either Samplitude and the free
Jaws scripts for it, or Reaper with Osara and SWS which works with
either NVDA or Jaws.
You would probably want to move to Windows 10 as well. But, Windows
10 is pretty good. I don't find it difficult or that different from 7.

I've read, they're not compatible with windows 10, so I'm going to
