If you have a 32 bit operating system and downloaded a 64bit program, or if
the program is corrupt or it was a bad download.
All those things can cause that message. That or you downloaded a file for
the wrong platform.

I take it your trying to install the program on to a Windows 7 PC?

Why are you downloading stuff from YouTube?  That's probably a copyright
violation.  Please don't steal other people's hard work.
