Yes, in order to hear the EQ in the track inspector being applied on to the
wave file in Sonar, you will have to export it, before importing it into Sound
Forge.

Is it possible that when I apply the eq in the track inspecter for a specific
track the sound is not modified by the eq when I import it in sound forge.
Do I have to export the track as a wave to have a good result?
