Gord: are you talking about the yamaha pedal that plugs into the assigned output on the motif or are you referencing a volume pedal where you run the line from the keyboard into the pedal and out to the PA or amp? I have an old morely electric and it seems to cut the volume of the instrument when I use it. ----- Original Message ----- From: Gordon Kent To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, May 06, 2011 9:35 AM Subject: [ddots-l] Re: expression pedal Hi, I have the yamaha pedals and they are great. They really have a long trhow like the expression pedals on an organ would, and they are very sturdy. They are a bit large though, if you need something to carry in a gig bag or whatever you might be better with Roland pedals because they are more compact.
