Hi Omar, It's an old Sequencer and has no USB. It has a Floppy drive but I'm not sure whether Sonar would recognise the files plus, I don't have an external floppy drive so, trying to record the tracks in real time. The midi tracks are recording, I only have to find out how to make the Sonar the slave to my Sequencer. Thanks for the advice Omar, I do appreciate it. Wouldn't an easy way be to see if the hardware sequencer gives the option of saving the sequence as a midi file, and then loading it into sonar that way? I've never had to do this with Sonar, but try going to options/global, and one of the tabs in there will sort you out? I'm pretty sure I've seen stuff to do with midi sync in there... Hi All, Would like to record my hardware sequences in to sonar with sonar being the slave. I can't seem to find the Sync toolbar (Sync clock source). I've got the Sequencer recording in to sonar so it will play back but, the Metronome and the recorded tracks are obviously ignoring each other, (reminds me of my ex-Wife.
