[ddots-l] hotspot commandsnot responding

Hello,
I just installed hotspot and all the hsc files for sonar with my jaws 10. when
i open sonar and try using hsc with v sampler, for example, jaws says "no
hotspot window. hotspot failed." i think i've done all the right steps for
compiling the scripts, and i imported them as well.
