You definitely can export to separate tracks at once in Sonar 5, I'm not sure
about sonar 4 though.

When importing WAV tracks into sonar v 4.2, does each track have to be
imported separately or is there a way that the whole set of tracks can be
imported to separate sonar tracks, all at one time. Also, the inverse, can
sonar tracks be exported to WAV tracks without having to do it one at a time.
