[ddots-l] inserting track markers

Subject line says it, I'm looking to do that insert track markers in a long
demo sample. I use to be able to with C D arketect in an earlier version of
sound forge. I'm using sound forge 7 right now. I don't know how to go about it
with what I presently have available. I use neero mostly to do my C D's is
there a way to do it with that for us? If not how accesible is the new version
of arketect? Do I need sound forge 8 for that? What are you all using?
